This exciting project will be anchored by a new Safeway store that will provide its customers with many goods and services not offered at the current store located across the street, in the Encina Grande shopping center.
The project will also feature a physical fitness center and a senior living center — and many outdoor amenities, along with a children’s park and walking trails.
